Casa Nina is a nine bedroom villa and offers contemporary living and boasts a privileged location on the front line of El Paraiso Golf Course. This magnificent villa combines modern yet traditional interiors and offers over 1000 square metres of living space.

Casa Nina offers breathtaking views over the golf course and features an indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi as well as a cold bath, steam bath and sauna. With nine bedrooms, Casa Nina can comfortably accommodate 18 guests and is a great choice for a large family or group of friends travelling together.

The nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms span over 3 levels of the villa. Indoor living spaces include open plan living rooms. The "leisure" level is dedicated to wellness where you will find the indoor pool, a cocktail bar and the sauna. For the more active guests, this level also has a fitness room with free weights and cardio.

Outside you have your own tropical paradise with palm trees, sun loungers and an incredibly large pool. You can relax around the swimming pool, take a cooling dip or laze on one of the hammocks.

On the terraces of Casa Nina on the main entrance level and upper levels you will find comfortable seating, plush sofas, hammocks and oversized chairs where you can relax. Back inside the open plan living and dining area includes a bar area where you can make your favourite cocktails, sit back and relax on the plush sofas whilst catching up on sports on the 50 inch television.

An indoor dining area is located next to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

For those looking to go and explore the surrounding areas, then you can visit Benahavis or Marbella. Further afield is the bustling port of Puerto Banus where you will find bars, restaurants and designer shops.
