Reached by a 4km winding driveway that climbs through olive terraces, citrus orchards, and pine forests, the approach to the villa sets the tone for what awaits. Several well-marked walking trails begin on the edge of the estate, including a coastal route that leads to Son Bunyola Beach. The charming villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are only a short drive away, and despite the villa’s sense of remoteness, the island’s lively capital, Palma, lies just over 30 minutes away. 

Designed to accommodate up to ten guests, the villa’s five spacious bedrooms are arranged across three levels, each with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to a furnished terrace. Every room features thoughtful touches including Bose Bluetooth speakers, plush towels, luxury toiletries, and soft bathrobes. 

The master suite, located on the upper level, has the most spectacular sea views and includes a deep soaking tub for long, indulgent evenings overlooking the mountains and coast. 

At the heart of the villa lies a charming country-style kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and framed by lovely mountain views. For outdoor cooking, there’s a large barbecue grill which is ideal for preparing long, leisurely lunches under the Mallorcan sun. 

From the villa, steps descend to a stunning swimming pool, surrounded by cushioned loungers and parasols making it perfect for sunbathing, reading, or dozing beneath the blue sky. The pool can be heated during cooler months, ensuring comfort year-round. Guests also enjoy access to the estate’s shared tennis court and shared Padel court, complete with rackets and balls for leisurely matches amid the mountain air. 

When you feel like dining out, Banyalbufar offers superb coastal restaurants with mesmerising sea views, while Esporles which is just a few kilometres inland, provides a livelier atmosphere with excellent local dining options.
