Access to the villa is via a 4km winding driveway, surrounded by pine woods, terraced citrus orchards, and centuries-old olive groves. From your doorstep, scenic walking trails lead across the estate, including a charming coastal path to Son Bunyola Beach, just a 20-minute stroll away. The picturesque villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a short drive, and despite the villa’s sense of complete seclusion, the vibrant city of Palma is only 30 minutes away. 

Elegantly designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa’s four spacious bedrooms are spread across two floors. The interiors combine Mediterranean elegance with contemporary touches and striking modern art. Upstairs bedrooms offer sweeping sea views, while all rooms feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One suite includes a deep soaking tub perfectly positioned to take in the lush green mountain views.

Below the main house lies a stunning swimming pool, bordered by soft-cushioned loungers and oversized parasols, making it the perfect spot for long, lazy afternoons in the sun. The pool can be heated during cooler months for year-round enjoyment. Guests also have access to a shared tennis court and a shared Padel court on the estate, with rackets and balls provided. 

The villa’s sleek, modern kitchen comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a large oven and gas stove. A cosy indoor dining area with a fireplace offers an intimate setting for evening meals, while the covered terrace outside invites you to dine alfresco, overlooking the shimmering sea. 

For those who wish to venture out, nearby Banyalbufar offers excellent coastal restaurants with panoramic views, while Esporles boasts charming inland eateries serving authentic Mallorcan cuisine.
