Situated just outside of Pollensa, Villa Luciano offers an exquisite Majorcan stay with all of the luxuries you require. Designed in true Spanish style with terracotta walls, beamed ceilings, and palm tree gardens, this traditional residence is perfect for those seeking an authentic island escape.

Inside, the villa exudes traditional Spanish charm, with heritage pieces and classical furnishings placed throughout. The villa’s living room is the main communal space, with a comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, and a dining area with a wooden dining table surrounded by maritime-inspired artworks. The rustic kitchen provides further dining space and is equipped with quality amenities to help make mealtimes quick and efficient. An additional living room can be found in the modern basement level of the building, providing further space to relax.

Outside, the villa enjoys a tranquil setting amid beautiful gardens. The main attraction is the freeform swimming pool, with waterfall and rockery surroundings and a shallow end for children, but there is also a spacious terrace with outdoor dining furniture should you wish to enjoy a meal or drink in the sun.

Accommodation

Villa Luciano offers six bedrooms across three floors.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. These include two twin bedrooms, both sharing a communal en-suite bathroom, and a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom, with a shower room close by.

Basement Level

On the basement level, there are two small twin bedrooms sharing a communal shower room. These rooms do not have air-conditioning and are recommended for children or teenagers if required. The basement level is a more basic standard to the rest of the property.
