Villa Penyal is a beautiful four-bedroom villa built in traditional Mallorcan sandstone, set on an elevated clifftop position in Puig de Ros, on the southern coast of Mallorca overlooking Palma Bay. The villa is a large 450 square metres, and sits on grounds of 1,340 square metres, accommodating up to 10 guests. It has a west-facing terrace with stunning unobstructed sea views, making iti a particularly good spot for watching the sunsets. Palma Airport is around 15 minutes away, the nearest beach is a short walk, and for golf lovers, there is a golf course within 3km.

The interior is open-plan across the main living level, with a large living room, separate dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, double oven, double fridge-freezer, and Nespresso machine. There is also a steam bath, a mezzanine studio and office that can serve as a fifth bedroom when needed, and a dedicated safe. Air conditioning, smart TVs, a sound system, and high-speed wifi are available throughout, along with a washing machine and dryer, yoga mats, and table tennis.

The four bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, king or double beds, air conditioning, and sea views. The master suite has a private balcony, jacuzzi bath, and walk-in wardrobe, making it a cut above the other rooms and perfect for a couple wanting a bit more space and privacy within the group.

Outside, the 10-metre infinity pool sits at the edge of the sandstone cliff with views directly out to sea, alongside a daybed, cushioned sun loungers, and a private solarium. The covered porch runs the full length of the villa and has multiple lounge and dining areas, a BBQ, and teak sun decks. It really is the perfect place to spend long lazy days in the sunshine.
