Overview

Villa Sentana is located next to its sister property Villa Fusna in the popular Komurluk district of Kalkan. Both villas are only minutes from the sea and several beach clubs, this is the perfect location for those wanting a luxury getaway in Turkey. For larger groups the villa can be combined with Villa Fusna to accommodate up to 16 people.

Entering into the open plan ground floor you will first notice the double height windows, giving the villa a light, airy feel, complemented by the white walls and light coloured furniture. The living area boasts panoramic views of the sea and is a wonderful place to relax. A smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime is available for your viewing pleasure. Cook delicious meals for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen and serve on the indoor dining table the can seat up to 8 people.

The first of the four bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. It is a twin room but can be set up as a king if needed and has an en-suite shower room and views of the pool terrace.

The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. The room boasts a queen bed and a freestanding jacuzzi bath with spectacular views of the ocean. You will also find an ensuite shower room, dressing area and private balcony with sea views. A utility room is located on this floor for extra convenience.

The second floor is home to the final two bedrooms. The first is a twin room but can also be set up as a king. It has an ensuite bathroom, dressing area and access to a shared sea view balcony. The final bedroom is a king room with an ensuite shower room, dressing area and also has access to the balcony. Both have beautiful views out over the ocean and mountains. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy sundowners while admiring the sunset.

The villa also boasts a roof terrace where guests can enjoy the sunset sitting on comfortable sofas and sipping on cocktails. A separate kitchenette with a fridge and sink is ideal for keeping drinks cool and preparing pre dinner canapés.

Villa Sentana has a large sun-soaked terrace where the large infinity pool can be found. Split into two sections, the first is shallow and perfect for younger guests to splash around and the second ideal for those wanting to perfect their backstroke. This area also has a ledge where guests can enjoy the relaxing hydro-massage jets.  A BBQ and large outdoor dining table are perfect for alfresco dining.

Please note - the walkway to the central Kalkan, the marina and beach is rough in parts and not suitable for a buggy, very small children or anyone with walking difficulties.
