Villa Serap is a beautiful four bedroom property located just a fifteen minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains, sea and harbour below from all parts of the villa.

The ground floor has been designed with open plan living in mind. At one end you will find a comfortable living area with large L-shaped sofa and additional seating, a flat screen TV and an 8 seater dining table. At the other end is the high spec fully equipped kitchen with stylish white units and granite worktops. The kitchen island is the perfect place to enjoy your morning tea or coffee. All the stylish furniture has been picked out by the current owners and you will notice their eclectic touches throughout.

Three bedrooms are found on the first floor. Each have marbled en-suite shower rooms and private balconies. Two bedrooms have king beds and one has twin beds. Going up a further level, the master suite has the best views in the house from its extended terrace. Watch boats leaving and returning to the harbour while relaxing with your favourite tipple. This bedroom also boasts a large marbled en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and bath.

Villa Serap has a fabulous salt water infinity pool that can be heated in the cooler months (at an additional cost) and a separate jacuzzi that cascades into the pool. There are plenty of options for al-fresco dining on the surrounding marble terrace as well as comfortable sun loungers and day beds.
