Overview

Villa Simona is an ultra modern four bedroom villa located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan. Set over four floors, the villa is perfect for a group of friends or two families travelling together.

The ground floor is light and airy, entering into an open plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa and several arm chairs. The modern, well equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking delicious meals for the whole group. A stylish island has stools to seat 6 people. Sliding doors lead out to a terrace overlooking the pool area with a dining table that can seat a further 6 people as well as a BBQ.

The whole first floor is dedicated to the master ensuite bedroom. This fabulous suite boasts a partial sea view balcony as well as a rear terrace with further seating, a jacuzzi, walk in wardrobe and smart TV.

Similarly, the whole second floor is also a large ensuite double bedroom. Set under a vaulted ceiling, the room has a kitchenette and terrace with the best views in the house. Sun loungers and a small dining table on the terrace make it perfect for those wanting a little privacy.

The lower ground floor is perfect as a little self contained unit if you did have two families travelling together. A separate lounge, kitchenette and two bedrooms all lead out onto the pool terrace where there is seating for six people. Both bedrooms are ensuite and one has two king sized beds.

Spend your days at Villa Simona relaxing on one of the comfortable sun loungers and swimming in your private pool. There is plenty of shade from umbrellas and a covered pergola.
