Amanyara Villas

Amanyara is a luxury resort and features a selection of pavilions and the exquisite Amanyara Villas. The resort draws its name from aman, the Sanskrit-derived word for peace, and yara, the word for place in the language of the Arawak Amerindians, one of the region’s first indigenous groups – and this resort certainly is somewhere guests can relax in truly luxurious surroundings.

Amanyara’s Villas offer consummate privacy and space in natural surroundings. Generously proportioned living areas and three to six bedrooms are set around a black infinity pool and hardwood deck. Overlooking reflective ponds and gardens, several feature ocean views while others offer direct beach access. All are serviced by personal cooks and housekeepers.

Five Bedroom Beach Villa – Offering 5,866 square feet of living space, the five-bedroom Beach Villa features a black infinity-edge swimming pool and extensive lounging and dining areas.

Five Bedroom Artist Ocean Villa – The five-bedroom Artist Ocean Villa features a black infinity-edge swimming pool made from volcanic rock and private beach access.

Six Bedroom Amanyara Villa – Offering 14,450 square fee) of living space, the six-bedroom Amanyara Villa features a black infinity-edge swimming pool and extensive lounging and dining areas.

Each of the villas are air-conditioned and feature luxurious amenities and faculties. Guests can relax in the lounge, or around a private swimming pool. The villas have indoor and outdoor dining areas. The tranquility villas are located on the edge of a tranquil lake and offers seclusion and peace within beautiful surroundings. Ocean villas are located on the coral bluff and boast ocean views and Beach Villas have direct beach access.

All the villas are serviced by a personal cook and housekeeper who cater for your every need and there are also two four-seater buggies for guest’s use.

There are several dining options at the resort including –

The Restaurant –  Guests can dine either indoors and air-conditoned or outside on the central pond and enjoy the ocean breeze. Freshly caught seafood – from red snapper to tuna and grouper – is the focus, complemented by organic produce from the resort’s aquaponic vegetable garden.

The Beach Club – The Beach Club is a casual dining venue open most of the day and evening during high season and offers casual Mediterranean and Asian plus beach cuisine.

Bar – Located close to the swimming pool, where you will find oversized daybeds and spacious terrace providing informal dining throughout the day, afternoon tea, cocktails, aperitifs and nightcaps.

For guests looking for the ultimate in relaxation, then a trip to the resort’s spa is highly recommended. Set around a tranquil pond, Amanyara’s Spa encompasses four treatment pavilions, a relaxation pavilion and an outdoor yoga sala. The Fitness Centre features a Pilates studio and is equipped with cardio and resistance training equipment, while the Club House is home to four tennis courts, a multi-sport field, volleyball court and golf simulator.
