Casa Blanca Brac is a seven bedroom seafront villa located in Sumartin on the island of Brac. Recently renovated, this lovely holiday villa is situated just minutes from the fishing harbour of Sumartin and the picturesque village of Selca.

Casa Blanca Brac features seven double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms as well as air-conditioning and underfloor heating. The living and dining area has seating for 12 guests and overlooks the pool and the sun terrace with magnificent views to the sea.

One bedroom is located on the basement level, two bedrooms are on the ground floor with mezzanine bedroom and a further 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Other rooms include a living area with sofas and TV, indoor dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes & utensils, microwave, oven, hob and refrigerator.

Casa Blanca Brac is a beautiful stone villa and outside is a terrace area furnished with sun lounger, dining area and BBQ facilities as well as the swimming pool. A path leads down to a private stone plateau where there are additional sun beds. This villa offers a true sense of a Mediterranean home and is surrounded by soft scents of herbs and pine trees from the gardens.

Casa Blanca Brac is seafront and you can enjoy a dip in the sea from the front of the villa. A pebble beach is only a short stroll away.
