On arrival you are greeted by lush tropical palms which frame the villa entrance . Step into a spacious dining room which leads directly to the sunken open plan living area. A smaller breakfast area and bar expand the room and make it ideal for entertaining, while large french doors open out onto a covered terrace and the lovely landscaped gardens beyond.
The two brightly decorated bedrooms in the main bungalow style house are accessed from a cosy wooden stairway with lovely wooden vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning and lots of closet space. Large doors open to a joint balcony which overlooks the lush tropical garden and Caribbean Sea. The property has been decorated with a blend of West Indian art mixed with traditional and modern furniture.
Church Point 4 has a separate guest cottage is accessible from the main patio (though it also has private access through the gardens at the side of the property) and features studio bedroom, small kitchenette, bar and living/dining space as well as its own private patio.

Guests can also enjoy many activities while staying including watersports, tennis and world class golf just a short distance from the villa. The Folkstone Marine Park and Museum is adjacent to Church Point and offers visitors to the island amazing snorkeling and scuba diving experiences.
