Falcons Nest at Peter Island, a spectacular gated 22,000 sq. ft. villa, is set high on the peak of a mountain overlooking White Bay Beach offering the ultimate in luxury. Featuring a main house flanked by 2 additional “pod” buildings, Falcon’s Nest offers spectacular views from every angle and features an infinity pool and waterfall.

The main house contains a large entrance hall, a spacious great room on 2 floors, 2 kitchens, an elegant dining room, wet bar, media room, spa room and fitness centre. There are 2 master suites, each a lavish 2,250 sq. ft, equipped with its own foyer, office and en-suite bathroom. Leading from the main house across winding stone paths, the other 2 pod villas each house 2 master suites with own entrances, patios and spectacular views. All 6 bedrooms have their own flat screen TV’s.

Outside the villa is not only the impressive infinity pool, Jacuzzi and decking area but a 3-story waterfall with grotto.

Guests of the villas benefit from and have access to the facilities of Peter Island Resort including 5 beaches, pickleball, basketball and bocce ball, hiking, paddle boards, sea kayaks, snorkelling equipment, 2 swimming pools, resort fitness centre and The Spa.

Within a 20 minute boat ride are over 30 dive sites. A concierge service is on hand to assist you with activities such as deep sea fishing, helicopter island tours and BVI Island tours.
