Half Century Sugar Hill is a wonderful six-bedroom luxury Barbados villa located on the prestigious Sugar Hill Estate and commands breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The interior has been tastefully decorated with neutral tones mixed with a cool coral stone finish to create an air of simple refinement.
Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by an expansive foyer with an elegant staircase leading to the upper level, where the 3 spacious bedrooms are located. Each of the bedrooms has luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The master suite opens out onto a private terrace with magnificent views of the gardens and pool.
On the lower level is a well-equipped kitchen, powder room and a sunken living room opening out onto a large covered terrace with the pool deck beyond.
There is also a self-contained cottage within the grounds with 3 bedrooms – 2 kings or twin beds and a one with queen size bed. Half Century is ideally positioned within a minute’s walk of the clubhouse. The property can either be rented as a three or six bedroom estate.
In addition, guests of Half Century Sugar Hill will enjoy access to the resort’s wide range of on-site amenities, which also includes floodlit tennis courts, communal pool, fitness facility and 24-hour security.
Guests at Half Century House have access to the Royal Westmoreland world-class championship Golf course, which is a few minutes drive away. Green Fees cost available on request.

- The villa has a private swimming pool or guests can make use of the resort swimming pool. Guests have beach club membership at Royal Pavilion, which includes parking, sun beds and umbrellas, hire of watersports equipment, restrooms/changing facilities and access to Café Taboras and Palm Terrace. Royal Pavilion is about a 5-minute drive away.
