Overview

The Athena Villas are located close to the centre of Grand Baie on the north west coast of Mauritius. The villa resort features properties ranging from one to four bedrooms and are perfect for families and couples alike. Each villa boasts air conditioning, lush gardens and a private pool as well as a verandah with barbecue facilities.

One Bedroom Villa 
The One Bedroom villas have 110sqm of living space and are perfect for couples or a family with a young child. The villa features an ensuite bathroom, open plan living and dining area and large verandah with a private pool.

Two Bedroom Villa 
The Two Bedroom villa has 120sqm of space with a similar layout to the one bedroom, with the addition of another bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Three Bedroom Villa 
These villas feature three bedrooms and 130sqm of living space. One bedroom as it's own ensuite bathroom and the other two double bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa has a spacious living room which leads out to the pool terrace.

Four Bedroom Villa  
The four bedroom villa boasts 140sqm of living space and is ideal for larger families. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the other three bedrooms share an additional bathroom. The open plan living and dining area leads out to the pool and bbq area.

Guests staying at the Athena Villas have access to the La Plage Beach Club at Troux Aux Biches where you can enjoy delicious meals and tase local rum at the Rhum Lounge.
