The Villas of Clos du Littoral have been designed with families and couples in mind and feature one to four bedroom villas. Each luxury villa offers plenty of space with outdoor verandas, a private swimming pool and all the modern comforts of a luxury home.

One Bedroom Villa - The One Bedroom Villas of Clos du Littoral have 110sqm of living space and suited to a couple or a small family. These villas are contemporary in style and have a spacious master bedroom that opens onto a private area with a swimming pool. The open plan living and kitchen area also faces the landscaped garden area.

Two Bedroom Villa - The two bedroom category has 127sqm of living space and an additional double bedroom. The amenities are the same as the One Bedroom Villa.

Three Bedroom Standard Villa - This villa features three bedrooms and 137sqm of living space. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The villa has a spacious living room which leads out to the pool terrace.

Three Bedroom Superior Villa - This villa is the perfect choice for a group of friends or a family travelling together. A peaceful retreat, days can be spent relaxing around the pool and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The villa has over 223sqm of living space, a fully-equipped kitchen and can comfortably accommodate six guests in the three bedrooms.

Five Bedroom Villa - Features 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 5 bathrooms and private swimming pool. Can accommodate 10 adults + 1 child (0-5 years)

Each villa is air-conditioned and the exterior has  private gardens, sun loungers and a BBQ corner.

As guests of The Villas of Clos du Littoral, you will also have access to the La Plage Beach Club at Trou aux Biches.
