Pointe Sud is an exclusive and private villa with views out to the ocean. Steps lead down to a private beach and yoga salon. This magnificent home is perched on a cliff top just beyond the beautiful Mirissa beach and with a 260 year-old Buddhist Temple adjoining the property, it offers total privacy and provides a truly relaxing holiday.

The property enjoys 180 degree views towards the South and the house has been designed and renovated around a galleried sitting area. The terrace extends out to a swimming pool where you can continue to enjoy the ocean views. A flight of stairs lead down from the pool terrace to a lower garden with a pavilion, the perfect place to relax or enjoy a daytime BBQ. A sunset pavilion is located within the gardens an furnished with cushioned loungers.

The inside of the villa has been tastefully furnished and decorated. A drawing room has a soaring pagoda-style roof to allow for a breezy living and dining area.

Each of the bedrooms at Pointe Sud is air-conditioned and have views of the garden or ocean. Four bedrooms (three doubles and a twin room) lead off from the drawing room. The fifth bedroom is accessed from the garden and is located below the house.
