Villa Mendy is a beautifully decorated beach villa with water slide, pool side deck, yoga sala and cinema. The villa features seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to 18 guests.

Bedroom configuration. Six bedrooms are located in the main villa and there is a separate garden room.

Villa Mendy is grand in stature and style and is located at the top of a well manicured garden with wonderful panoramic views with direct private access to the beach.

The attention to detail is apparent the moment you step through the large antique double fronted doors onto the beautiful hand-made Vietnamese tiles. You can immediately enjoy the ocean views via the sitting area out onto the gardens. A teak staircase winds its way to the upper level where there are the six bedrooms. Each bedroom is individual in style and filled with 4 poster beds, mosquito nets, air conditioning and comfortable seating. A children’s bunk room cleverly has a larger bottom bed for a nanny. The master suite has an adjoining room with twin beds for smaller children.

Perfect for a couple without children, is another bedroom, charmingly housed in the Garden suite with wonderful views.

The villa is generously equipped with mod cons. Additional features include a cinema room, a kid's snug with TV, a large open plan sitting and dining area. The kid's snug area even has a ‘peep window’ so that parents can check on snoozing kids without disturbing them.  There is also a wonderful grown up ‘Cinema room’ with projector and huge screen. The kitchen is well equipped with breakfast table. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the veranda.

Outside is equally as impressive - within the landscaped gardens is a 20m waterslide that falls into a plunge pool and a large kidney shaped infinity pool with Jacuzzi. A yoga pavilion is discreetly located further down the garden with views out to the sea. Hammocks swing between palm trees down at the beach.

The rates include the services of an excellent chef who can cook an expansive range of cuisine - you can even enjoy cooking lessons. The chef is supported by a fantastically efficient team of 7 staff, seamlessly working behind the scenes.
