Villa Skyfall is a newly built villa and is the epitome of class and luxury and features eight bedrooms and offers spectacular views over Koh Phangnan and Ang Thong Marine park.

Each of the eight bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and feature satellite TV and DVD, whilst being able to access the large music library on the centralized server. There is one large master bedroom, a further six doubles, and a twin. The master bedroom and two of the doubles have their own private balconies. Lift access to all bedrooms not only means that luggage delivery on arrival is painless, but also that elderly relatives have access to the whole house from the car porch itself.

The shared spaces include the estate tennis court, an indoor bar that overlooks the infinity pool, and hosts a pool table and 2 large TVs, ideal for watchingsporting events with friends and family. The villa's lighting, music system and theatre are state of the art and operated by an Ipad.

Villa Skyfall has numerous areas to relax, from large spaces combined with spectacular views, to cozy individual nooks and crannies, which allow guests to decide if they want to entertain just the closest of friends or to hold parties for large events. These spaces include a study, a luxurious indoor movie theatre, an indoor lounge bar with a pool table, and an outdoor pool bar.

There is a sunny outside dining terrace and can seat up to 8 people as well as an indoor dining room. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen for guests use but the rates include the services of a chef.

There is a magnificent private 26 square meter swimming pool with a deep swimming section and a shallow seating/children’s play area, and is surrounded by stunning views.
