Overview

Baan Kimsacheva is a wonderful six bedroom villa with private swimming pool and only a 10 minute walk from Chaweng Beach. The villa is entered down a smooth sandstone staircase leading from the road and carport, past two waterfalls onto the main living platform.

Baan Kimsacheva has a lounge room and TV area equipped with a large plasma TV and DVD players. Large glass doors slide open to allow you access to the poolside lounge, dining terrace and 15m infinity swimming pool.

Above the main living area are 3 of the 6 bedrooms, one of which is a large master suite with private terrace and views out towards the coast. The suite can be fully opened on two sides to allow in the cool breeze or air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms. The master suite has a large en-suite bathroom that leads out onto a private courtyard with a huge bathtub set amongst the palm trees. The suite also has its own plasma screen TV with surround sound speakers and DVD player. The other rooms on this level also have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, hair dryers and individual safes as do the remaining three bedrooms which are all located at the bottom of the property on a level below the swimming pool.

The Villa has a live-in housekeeping staff. The villa staff is available daily. Extra staff time can be arranged on request and a Thai cook can be provided for an extra charge. Bed linen is changed every third day, towels are changed as necessary.
