Set on the unspoiled west coast of Koh Samui at Lipa Noi, Inasia Beach Villa is an exceptional absolute beachfront estate with two independent villas. Overlooking the tranquil sea and the famed Five Islands group, the property offers one of the island’s most captivating views and is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The soft, shallow beach makes it ideal for families with children. Local restaurants, cafes and street markets are only a 10 minute drive away.
Within this peaceful and private setting, two contemporary villas are designed to blend seamlessly with their tropical surroundings. Guests can enjoy the flexibility of two distinct spaces, a low-rise beachfront garden villa and a three-level ocean view villa, which together accommodate up to 16 guests across eight beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms. Inasia Beach Villa is an ideal choice for large groups, family gatherings, and private celebrations.
At the heart of the beachfront villa, separate living and dining pavilions open onto a 15-metre L-shaped infinity pool and manicured lawns that lead down to the beach.
The ocean view villa, positioned just behind, centres around an eight-metre infinity pool and sun terrace with a shaded sala. Designed for comfort and independence, it features a fully equipped kitchen, elegant living area, and a games room with a full-size billiards table.
Throughout both villas, the interiors have a modern aesthetic accented with Asian-inspired art and artefacts. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, crisp white linens, and an indulgent ensuite bathroom with either a walk-in rain shower or a freestanding bathtub.
Expansive lawns and beachfront spaces provide idyllic spots for yoga sessions, spa treatments, or simply relaxing to the sound of the sea, all of which can be arranged by the Villa Manager.
The villa is fully staffed with a Villa Manager, Concierge, and resident chef, ensuring every detail of your stay is perfectly taken care of, from meal planning and spa arrangements to island excursions. The private chef will create delicious Thai and international dishes using the freshest local ingredients and is happy to accommodate special dietary requests and design menus tailored to all ages and tastes.
