Villa Baylis at Ban Tai Estate is a new five-bedroom villa distinguished by its unique style and great location.

Ban Tai Estate is a secure serviced villa complex of 10 luxury villas with private swimming pools located on the north west coast of Koh Samui, only 300 metres from the lovely Ban Tai Beach.

The interior of Villa Baylis at Ban Tai Estate has bright colour accents and modern paintings. There is lots of natural stone, wood, authentic vases and statuettes, giving this villa a truly Asian flair. The sweeping panoramic views can be enjoyed from most rooms thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window.

Each of the five bedrooms have been tastefully designed and furnished and has en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds. (The beds can be configured as twin beds). The bedrooms have walk-in-wardrobes, TV and private terrace with comfortable furniture. The open-plan living area is spacious and features a comfy sofa and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island.

Outdoors is a dining area with a large wooden table the comfortably sits 12 persons. Located on the roofed terrace overlooking a private pool and the lawns, this is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining and the incredible views.

The private swimming pool is 12 meters long and surrounded by comfy loungers with umbrellas. There is a shallow kids zone in the pool.

In the evening the area around the pool and the terrace is great for social gatherings and guests can relax with nice chill-out music sounding from the outside built-in speakers.

The spacious rooftop terrace is another great lounge area, perfect for relaxing. It is multifunctional and can be used as an open-air hall for yoga sessions or just a place to laze around on soft daybeds and enjoying the beautiful views.

One side of the terrace has impressive tropical mountain views and the other faces the ocean. At night, the terrace transforms into an amazing cinema “under the stars” – watch movies whilst sat at the bar table enjoying a cocktail or lounging on the comfy sofa.

The Ban Tai Estate provides guests with luxury villa living coupled with the facilities of a hotel.

Also, a five minute stroll along the road is the stunning Ban Tai beach club with an amazing beachfront restaurant and comfy loungers.

Ban Tai Estate provides concierge service for each villa guest. Concierge provide informational support and organize transfers, vehicle rental, and can arrange excursions and activities, yoga-classes, spa-treatments, restaurant reservations and babysitting.
