Villa Mia Beach is a modern six bedroom villa ideally located on the beach at the quiet northern tip of Chaweng Bay and provided guests with privacy and serenity yet only a short walk the the abundance of bars, restaurants and shops that Chaweng has to offer. Villa Mia Beach is one of several villas that make up Mia Villas.

Villa Mia Beach has everything you would dream of for your holidays - magnificent swimming pool, large outdoor Jacuzzi surrounded by tropical plants, fitness room, Al Fresco and indoor lounge area and generously spacious bedrooms.

Private Bedroom Sanctuaries - Elegantly furnished, the bedrooms feature king size beds, LCD TV with Netflix, built-in wardrobes, personal safes, mini-bars, and large mirrors. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walking in rain shower, twin sinks and a small private garden with tropical plants with either an outdoor rain shower or an indulgent terrazzo bathtub. All bedrooms overlook the pool and have direct access onto the pool deck.

The spacious open-plan living area is dominated by comfortable long white sofas and features a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is defined by a long floating island feature, which has a built-in wine cooler and subtle black hobs while the dining table can seat ten. Beyond the kitchen is a covered Thai-style kitchen with BBQ. Dining can be enjoyed indoors if required - Opposite to the master bedroom, on the right side, the modern kitchen and the dining area face the ocean. The living room offers an other dining area, outside.

Garden with a view - At the beachfront, on either side of the swimming pool are large verandas with further al-fresco lounge areas and an outdoor dining table. Beyond the pool and veranda lounges is a flat grass lawn, furnished with loungers and parasols, and planted with coconut palms. In the middle of the beach, a large Buddha head smiles benevolently at the villa. On either side of the beach are oversize double day-beds for chill-out lounging.

The residence comprises three pavilions that are set around a magnificent 23 meter lap pool tiled in Balinese green stones. The swimming pool encircles a huge sunken covered sala with comfortable lounge seating. At the far end the pool becomes shallower and allows young children to swim safely.

Rates include the services of a team of dedicated staff including housekeeper, villa manager and Thai cook.

Mia Villas - Mia Villas is the only luxury villa estate on Koh Samui to feature a Clubhouse, adding exceptional facilities to the service offering and not compromising on the expansive space inside the villas.

Kid’s club - The kids club provides a safe playground for kids activities with games, soft floor, and colourful yet subtle design. The room has the benefit of air condition for added comfort while playing or simply watch cartoons. Babysitting services on request.

Massage rooms - Free massages are one of the benefits of staying at Mia Villas. These can be done at your villa or in the comfort of one of the two dedicated private massage rooms at the Clubhouse. The therapists have been working at the villa for many years and carry the reputation of providing soft yet healing and relaxing massages.

Steam room -  Sitting 8 guests, the steam room can be booked in advance for private use.

Fitness - Mia Villas fitness room is equipped with state of the art equipment for both stamina and core strength buildup. its position on the first floor is also the ideal place to run and train overlooking the sea, another unique thoughtful feature at the Clubhouse. Personal trainers and yoga instructors can be arranged for an additional charge.

Home cinema - The Clubhouse private cinema room sits 8 guests on highly comfortable luxurious leather sofas. The cinema is fitted with a 100″ screen and professional projector, and high-quality Bose speakers. This is the ideal place to watch a movie, news or sports events in a very private environment with an exceptional visual and sound experience.

Front desk - The Mia Villas Clubhouse is where guests are welcomed upon their arrival at the villas. Excursions can also be booked at the front desk.
