Villa Orca is a majestic five bedroom villa located in the north east of Koh Samui and affords spectacular views. The villa has a tropical feel with earthy tones and textures throughout. Villa Orca is nested into the green and verdant hillside yet only a two minute drive to the golden sands of Choeng Mon Beach, with its eclectic selection of stylish, boutique hotels, restaurants and bars. It is also as close to the famous Big Buddha Temple, fronted by small souvenir shops and coffee houses and just a seven-minute drive from the airport.

Villa Orca is approached via a private driveway and has parking for up to 3 cars. The property consists of the main house with four bedrooms and a stand-alone bungalow with a master bedroom.

All bedrooms feature Nespresso machine, ceiling fans, hidden air-conditioning, 55cm smart TV’s, a safe, minibar and coffee machine and luxury bedding

The main villa has 2 floors and offers 400 square metres of living space and features a unique open plan lounge area with high teak-beamed ceilings. The entire width of the house incorporates a grand open-plan living area including the kitchen, dining and sumptuous lounge area, and is fronted by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading onto the magnificent terrace and vista.

The guest kitchen is stunningly sleek and ultra-modern, complete with top-of-the-range, built-in appliances and accessories, a double-size fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. There is an indoor dining table to seat 12 persons.

Outside, the beautiful terrace is grey marble and limestone and features an infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi jets with in-water seating. The alfresco dining table can seat 12 guests.
