Zenaida Beach and Tennis Estate Anguilla is a stunning seven-bedroom villa perched on a cliff overlooking a powdery white sand beach with magnificent views of St. Martin and the Caribbean. The home is nestled in three acres of landscaped tropical gardens on the site where a 17th century Dutch fort once stood.

Zenaida Beach and Tennis Estate comprises three pavilions – ‘Flamboyant,’ ‘Loblolly’ and ‘Garden Cottage. Each bedroom features king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, fine linens and air-conditioning. Flamboyant and Loblolly each house 3 bedrooms and the Garden Cottage has one bedroom.

The estate also boasts a soft tennis court and is well lit for playing during the cool of the tropical evenings. The ultimate feature of this spectacular estate is the mile stretch of pristine beach in front of the villa – you can spend days relaxing on the beach or cooling off in the Caribbean Sea. You may prefer to spend time around the private swimming pool and take in the ocean views from the comfort of your sun lounger.

Evenings can be spent outdoors – why not enjoy a BBQ and a refreshing cocktail. There is ample outdoor seating areas and an outdoor dining table.
