Turtle Villa is a beautiful beachfront house in the gated community of Jolly Harbour and offers breath-taking waterfront views of the ocean, the soft white sands of Jolly Beach and the island of Montserrat on the horizon.

Turtle Villa has been cleverly designed and is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.

All of bedrooms have private patios and outdoor access. The bathrooms feature double rainfall showers, a standalone bathtub and separate toilet and bidet. The Master Bedroom boasts spectacular views and the beach via the large, sliding doors.

The fully equipped kitchen and main living area is fitted with high ceiling fans, and two powerful air conditioning units, which keep the space cool in the tropical heat. The plasma satellite TV is surrounded by comfy chairs and sofas, while the kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, wine cooler, coffee maker, double oven, stove top, beverage fridge, large refrigerator, produce refrigerated draws, twin dishwashers and many other appliances.

As you walk into the main living area the horizon greets you as your view captures the pool and the crystal blue Caribbean waters through the panoramic slide back full length patio doors. The pool, with a shallow and deep end, benefits from sunken bar stools. The outdoor space includes wrap around terraces, a rooftop sun deck, an outdoor BBQ and outdoor dining spaces.

Guests can enjoy the direct access to Jolly Harbours Palm Beach, along with two double kayaks and private beach chairs. The pool offers comfortable loungers, seating areas in and of the sun as well as a private sun roof terrace.

Jolly Harbour's community offers multiple restaurants, beach bars, tennis courts, a golf course and marina. The community has its own supermarket with Waitrose imports, as well as a pharmacy, boat and golf cart rental service.

The community has 24 hour security and barrier gates. The housekeeper visits the property MondayFriday, the pool staff service the pool once a week (using the back entrance) and the gardener is on site twice a week to maintain the tropical gardens.

The property comes with a boat dock, pool, outdoor bar, kayaks and gas BBQ area.
