Overview

The Lookout is perched atop a hillside within the Sugar Hill hotel development. This lovely property holds a commanding position overlooking Jolly Harbour, the calm west coast of Antigua and the turquoise Caribbean sea. The property is newly built with an open plan airy living area opening onto the spectacular view of the west coast and sunset, offering privacy , amazing views and access to the resort facilities.

The house has four en-suite bedrooms, large open living area which opens up on to a covered verandah, pool area, deck and gazebo ideal for alfresco dining and cocktails. The lounge area has one wall which is almost entirely made up of sliding glass doors opening up to transform the area into a large open plan space.

The kitchen is well structured with an island cooking area which itself has fantastic views.

The en-suite bathrooms are spacious with his and hers sinks and rainfall showers providing a feeling of luxury and opulence to each of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a  king-sized high bed and high pitched ceilings further adding to the feeling of luxury and space in the house. For those especially hot days each bedroom has air conditioning and fans to allow sleeping in a cooler tranquil space after a day in the sun at the beach.

The decking area is well designed allowing for a good deal of shade to be provided whilst providing very light and open areas for relaxing out of direct sunlight. The infinity pool wrapped by the decking area provides excellent vistas from within the pool or the deck area and is second to none for watching the Caribbean sunset with a rum punch.
