Overview

Located on the west coast of Barbados, Four Winds is a Palladian-style beachfront estate set along the white sands of Gibbs Beach, offering approximately 350 feet of prime beach frontage in one of the island’s most desirable residential areas. Both Holetown and Speightstown are within easy reach, where you can find both casual and luxury dining as well as shopping and beachfront bars. 

A coral stone–tiled driveway leads through the entrance to the main house, where traditional Barbadian architectural details can be seen. A central foyer with a double staircase creates a real wow moment, while large reception rooms provide comfortable living spaces suited to both everyday living and entertaining.

The main living room opens directly onto a wide wraparound terrace, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor flow. From here, the terrace steps down to landscaped gardens that extend toward the beachfront, with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. The layout is designed to maximise natural light and sea breezes, with multiple viewpoints across the property facing the water.

The main house features six ensuite bedrooms, each individually styled and positioned to offer privacy and comfort. A separate cottage provides four additional ensuite bedrooms, making the estate well suited for extended family living or hosting guests. The cottage is arranged around the pool terrace and benefits from views across the pool and out to the sea.

Additional amenities include a cocktail lounge, billiards room, private tennis court, and a fully equipped gym, supporting both recreation and wellness within the grounds of the estate.
