The ground floor features the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, opening directly onto the outdoor lounge and private pool area. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed also leads onto this outdoor space, with a separate shower room located just off the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with a mini fridge and kettle, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee without heading upstairs.

The main living level has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious open-plan living area, flowing out onto an outdoor dining terrace where you can enjoy gentle breezes and views over the pool terrace. The third bedroom is also located on this level and opens onto a balcony, with a spiral staircase leading down to the pool below. A shower room is conveniently located just off the bedroom. Above, the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot for sunset drinks and relaxed evenings before heading out for dinner.

Please note that the property does not include access to the Royal Westmoreland Mullins Beach Club, however sun loungers and umbrellas are readily available for hire from Sea Shed or the nearby beach vendor. The villa is ideally positioned just a five-minute drive from Speightstown and around ten minutes from Holetown, placing the best of the West Coast within easy reach.
