High Spirits Royal Westmoreland is an impressive four bedroom villa strategically positioned on a ridge. You can enjoy the commanding breathtaking views across the immaculately landscaped golf course to the alluring turquoise waters of the West Coast shoreline.

The entrance leads into the tasteful interiors of the main living area, which opens out to the spacious patio overlooking infinity-edge swimming pool. Two additional seating areas are positioned on either side of the entrance foyer and both offer comfortable seating with TV's and Xbox system. There is also an office and desk with a smaller seating area.

Just in case you may need to check in with the office, an office space with a desk is neatly tucked away in the smaller seating area and there is complimentary wifi throughout.

Two master suites are located on the upper level and open out onto an expansive balcony, the perfect place for a morning coffee and to admire the views. Two additional guest suites are located on the ground floor, and one has direct access to a garden path that leads out to the pool area which is surrounded by sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Also on the ground floor is an Italian-designed kitchen that features marble counter tops complemented by modern stainless steel appliances The kitchen includes a casual dining/breakfast area; more formal dining is on the poolside patio – what could be better than alfresco dining to enhance the tropical ambiance?

The exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is accessible to guests staying at High Spirits, and is located a mere 5 minutes away at the beautiful Mullins Bay. You can swim in the cool Caribbean Sea or snorkel with tropical fish and turtles, or simply chill and enjoy the Bajan sun at Mullins Beach. There is a courtesy shuttle bus from the Royal Westmoreland Estate to the Beach Club.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the five-star golf course located within Royal Westmoreland, or other facilities include tennis courts, a fitness centre and clubhouse with a resort swimming pool. Additional fees will apply.
