Lime Tree House is a three bedroom private holiday villa located in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort, in Barbados. Guests have access to all the facilities the resort area has to offer, including the club house, resort pool, tennis courts and gym. A short drive brings you to the stunning Mullins beach, and access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club.

Arriving at Lime Tree House having driven past lush greenery and peaceful lakes of the golf course you will notice the relaxed Caribbean feeling continues with the surrounding palm trees and gentle birdsong. There is parking available for up to three cars, ideal for a group of friends travelling together or a large family.

On the ground floor you will find a light and airy open plan living and dining area which leads out to a large covered terrace with views of the pool. A large BBQ is perfect for cooking al-fresco meals while enjoying the balmy Caribbean evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you could need. If a personal chef is more your style, we can certainly help organise that as well.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is ideal for guests with mobility issues. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have large ensuite bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom two has a uniquely designed 'open air' style bathroom. A rain shower with privacy glass gives you views out over the greenery below and a feeling of being out in nature. The master suite is the epitome of luxury, with a private terrace overlooking the pool as well as a spa-level bathroom. It boasts a jacuzzi bath large enough for two, as well as a generously sized shower with bench and two shower stations as well as his and hers sinks.

Spend your days relaxing by the pool on the comfortable sun loungers, visiting nearby beaches or shopping in the luxury centre of Holetown just a short drive away.
