The lower level of the house features three large ensuite bedrooms, each with a private terrace. An additional guest apartment with its own entrance, living room and ensuite bathroom is ideal for those travelling with staff or teenagers wanting their own space. A separate one bedroom cottage with its own terrace and bathroom is set in the lush tropical gardens.

The luxurious master bedroom takes up the entire top floor of the villa, boasting walk in wardrobes, an oversized terrace, a large ensuite bathroom and spectacular ocean views. The suite can be accessed by both internal stairs as well as an external staircase lading from the pool area to the terrace.

The property is a short walk  from the main clubhouse where you will find a bar and restaurant, full gym and swimming pool. Other amenities in the area include the world class championship 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and the beach club at Mullins Bay.
