The Fairways is a modern five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom villa with beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounding golf course at Royal Westmoreland.

A detached cottage suite offers additional privacy, making it an excellent option for grandparents, friends, or couples who prefer their own separate space.

Inside, the villa’s light and airy living room has a modern feel with an oversized sofa and a 75-inch LG Smart TV. The ultra-modern kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind, featuring an island and bar area and equipped with a wine fridge, double-door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, Miele induction cooktop, and Miele double oven. Whether you are preparing simple island fare or a more elaborate meal, the kitchen is ready for it all.

Step onto the terrace to find the infinity pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, a shaded poolside lounge, and an outdoor shower for easy post-swim rinses. Enjoy meals under cover at the outdoor dining table, fire up the Wolf gas BBQ, and keep bottles perfectly chilled in the wine cooler, all while ceiling fans keep the atmosphere cool and comfortable. Guest Suite 3: King bed, garden views, air-con and ceiling fan, and an en-suite with rain shower and single vanity.

Second Primary Suite: King bed with pool views, air-con and ceiling fan, 57-inch LG Smart TV, and an en-suite with rain shower and double vanity.

The detached cottage suite features a queen bed, views across the golf course to the ocean, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, a 44-inch LG TV, and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. A convenient mini-kitchen makes morning coffee or late-night snacks wonderfully simple.
