Guests have access to everything the Sugar Hill community has to offer including championship tennis courts, two communal swimming pools, a clubhouse and restaurant, as well as complimentary membership to the exclusive beach club at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

Spread across two levels, the first thing you will notice upon entering is the calming tones and open spaces of the ground floor. A warm and inviting living area leads through to a generously sized dining area decorated in warm coral hues. A full kitchen complete with 6 burner stove, sleek wood and marble finishes as well as a breakfast bar makes it the perfect place to enjoy quick meals or for creating feasts for the whole family.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both have an ensuite shower room and one has direct access to the pool area through the bathroom. The master bedroom encompasses the whole first floor and offers spectacular views of the west coast through the bay window. An ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe make it the perfect retreat.

The outdoor areas of Fiddlesticks Sugar Hill are what make it truly special. An abstract designed pool sits among lush landscaping, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on during the day. A covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco meal cooked on the outdoor grill, and live you best cocktail life creating delicious concoctions at the bar.
