Situated within the exclusive gated Cap Cana enclave, Villa Yarari Royale is considered to be one of the most prestigious on the island. The mesmerising minimalistic design and wealth of amenities ensure that this is a retreat like no other.

Designed around a central courtyard infinity pool, this spacious villa has been designed to fully embrace all aspects of modern minimalism. The serene white colour scheme imbues a sense of space and calm, while the designer furnishings add warmer tones. The villa’s central space is a vast two-storey lounge, with hanging chairs, plush sofas and an open-plan layout providing access to the terrace. Elsewhere, you’ll discover a cinema room, a dedicated fitness studio, a dining room with a magnificent 20-seat boardroom-style table, and a games room complete with bar seating and a pool table.

Outside, the villa continues to impress, with a central infinity pool and hot tub, surrounded by an extensive decked terrace furnished with swinging loungers and luxe seating. An outdoor living room and an al fresco covered kitchen area provide further opportunity to enjoy the wonderful Caribbean climate. Many of the rooms in the villa are equipped with panoramic glass doors that fully open to allow the fresh air to circulate should you wish. When it comes to getting out and about, you will be granted Platinum membership to the excellent Eden Roc Beach Club and Hotel, where you can take advantage of bars and dining, as well as book into the spa.

Accommodation

Villa Yarari Royale features nine bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and state-of-the-art amenities.

Ground/ First Floor:

On the lower level, there is a master bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom with two queen beds.

Upper level:

On the upper level, there are seven bedrooms. Four of these come with two queen beds, while another boasts two queen beds and two twin bunk beds. There are also two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and a Jacuzzi.
