Mount Hartman Bay Estate is a stunning private estate offering all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, with the privacy of villas. Bay View Villa is a very private four bedroom villa set within the grounds of the estate. From the moment you arrive in Grenada, you will be whisked to the property in a private fleet of cars and welcomed with a cocktail and refreshing cold towel. A full team of staff are available at all times to cater to all of your needs including meals, water sports and chauffeur service.

The estate offers stunning views of Mount Hartman Bay as well as the jungles and rugged peaks of Grenada. Bay View Villa is the newest of the three villas on the estate and features very contemporary design with white quartz floors and bathrooms. Set over two levels, the villa features two master suites with king sized beds, and two twin rooms (that can be converted to king), all with ensuite bathrooms. Each suite opens out onto a balcony with stunning views of the bay.

There are plenty of dining options both inside and outside as well as a large living area to relax. The large infinity pool has enough sun loungers to accommodate everyone while plenty of water sports are available to keep the whole group entertained. Three motor boats are also available with a captain if guests wish to rent them out. A large private beach surrounds the property and a private waterpark with inflatables will keep the kids (and big kids!) entertained for hours. Arts and craft activities, as well as scavenger hunts can also be organised with the child-minding team.

The villa can be booked individually or combined with the other villas on the estate, The Beach House and The Main House. Combined the three villas can accommodate up to 44 guests.
