Overview

Mount Hartman Bay Estate is a stunning private estate offering all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, with the privacy of villas. The Main House is the largest of three villas on the property with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. From the moment you arrive in Grenada, you will be whisked to the property in a private fleet of cars and welcomed with a cocktail and refreshing cold towel. A full team of staff are available at all times to cater to all of your needs including meals, water sports and chauffeur service.

The estate offers stunning views of Mount Hartman Bay as well as the jungles and rugged peaks of Grenada. The Main House is the original villa on the property and blends seamlessly into the environment with its grass covered terraces and organic shapes. The villa features seven Large Bedroom suites and one Folly Tower Suite. Three of the suites feature private balconies with sun loungers and views of the pool and bay. The Reef View suites share a large terrace and overlook the stunning bay and reefs. Each room features an ensuite bathroom and oversized king bed with Egyptian Cotton sheets.

While all meals are included and provided within the villa, an additional kitchen is also available for use by a nanny or personal staff or for specific dietary requirements.

There are plenty of dining options both inside and outside as well as a large living area to relax. The large infinity pool has enough sun loungers to accommodate everyone while plenty of water sports are available to keep the whole group entertained. Three motor boats are also available with a captain if guests wish to rent them out. A large private beach surrounds the property and a private waterpark with inflatables will keep the kids (and big kids!) entertained for hours. Arts and craft activities, as well as scavenger hunts can also be organised with the child-minding team.

The villa can be booked individually or combined with the other villas on the estate, The Beach House and the Bay View Villa. Combined the three villas can accommodate up to 44 guests.
