Overview

Tivigny House is a lovely and charming three bedroom villa located in St. George's on the south of Grenada. Boasting magnificent views of the picturesque Clarkes Court Bay area with a spectacular backdrop of Calivigny and Hog Islands, this villa is perfect for families or a group of friends travelling together.

Tivigny House is located just above a small pretty black sand beach and has a private swimming pool with fantastic ocean views. There is ample outdoor seating areas. The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.

Each of the bedrooms is air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom. The interiors of the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and the bedrooms are airy thanks to the high vaulted ceilings. The Pool Suite and Treetop Suite feature four poster king size beds and the Palm Suite has twin beds with mosquito net. All the bedrooms open up onto a verandah that overlooks the pool and the ocean.

The Poolside Suite is located on the ground level and has a double fronted balcony, one leading to the swimming pool and the other enjoys a waterfront view. This suite has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a separate dressing area and a safe.

The romantic Treetops Suite is located on the upper level and affords stunning views over Hog Island, Clarke's Court Bay and out to sea from it's two balconies.  The en-suite bathroom has a shower.

The Palm Suite has two beds and this room leads out onto a balcony shared with the Treetop Suite making it ideal for children. This suite also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Dining can be enjoyed inside or outdoors. There is a formal dining area inside the home or several options for dining al fresco including the terrace or gazebo which is located in a charming courtyard. Evenings can be spent relaxing and enjoying the view or in the living area which features cable TV with Amazon Fire Stick and surround sound HiFi.

The kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools on which to enjoy breakfast or a mid morning snack.

The pool deck is located a few steps down from the villa and is furnished with sun loungers. The beach is accessed through the garden. Guests have use of 2 kayaks and a Hobie Cat.

The rental rates include the services of a housekeeper who can also cook for guests for an additional charge.

Tivigny House is a beautiful villa but please note, it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
