Nutmeg Villa is located on Spring Farm Estate in Montego Bay and nestled in the hills of Rose Hall, ensuring guests privacy and serenity.

Nutmeg Villa is located only steps away from the pristine sands of Montego Bay and guests can enjoy the incredible ocean views while relaxing on the patio by the swimming pool. The ocean views can be enjoyed from most of the rooms.

Each of the six bedroom suites include luxury bath/shower rooms, air-conditioning,  Bose-iPod sound systems, a TV and DVD player. The villa has an extensive DVD library for guests entertainment. Cotton Blue is located near to the living room and features twin beds, but can be configured as a king-size bed.  Sage and Paprika also offer a king bed.

Cinnamon is the spacious master bedroom and features a mahogany four-poster bed. This colonial-style bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There is also an extensive dressing area. This bedroom has a private suite which includes a den with TV, DVD player, surround sound, fax and printer.

Nutmeg Villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining. There is an expansive swimming pool with sun loungers located around the pool.
