Hummingbird Villa is a charming three bedroom villa nestled in the heart of Cap Estate. Perched on a hillside, the property has stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Rodney Bay and is reminiscent of tree house living. Smugglers Cove beach is a short drive or a 30 minute walk away. Although the villa does not have air conditioning, a cooling Atlantic breeze along with ceiling fans and standing fans keep the property airy and fresh.

This Caribbean villa features an expansive open-plan living and dining area featuring hardwood floors and louvre doors, seamlessly extending to a deck and an al fresco dining space. The kitchen, characterised by its spacious and modern design, is fully equipped. Its shutters, opening to valley views, help keep the property cool.
