Overview

One of the most stunning properties in our St Lucia collection is Villa Susanna. Located on a headland position at the end of Marigot Bay, the property occupies 3 acres of fully landscaped gardens and pathways with an occasional bench for seating. The property leads down to the Trou Rolland Beach equipped with a barbeque and tables.

The house is an eclectic mix of Caribbean Cool and Italian Chic and provides wonderful spaces for relaxation and a memorable Caribbean holiday.

You are greeted on entrance by a breezy hallway complete with Murano glass chandelier which takes you through to a living room with ample seating, TV/DVD and stereo and onwards to a dining room with seating for up to 20. Ceiling fans throughout keep the main living and dining areas well cooled.

The large kitchen is well equipped and features a table with seating area for 12.

Outdoors, while away your day on the patio, swing in the hammock and enjoy a lunch or sunset dinner in the gazebo, which seats up to 14. The large pool is 20 meters long.

The accommodations are housed across 3 separate 2 bedroom cottages complete with sitting areas and wet bars.

The master bedroom is housed in Amber Flamboyant Cottage and includes a lovely 4 poster bed draped with nets. The bedroom has both ceiling fans and air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom also features a TV, Ipod dock an walk in closet and opens up to a private terrace with Jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a seating area with wet bar, fridge and some kitchen facilities.
Amber Flamboyant also includes a library with a queen size sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and Garden area. An ideal additional bedroom for children if required.

The Yellow Hacienda cottage features 2 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a king 4 poster bed and the other with 2 single beds. The main bedroom features an outdoor shower while the single bedroom features a small garden with hammock. There is a seating area with wet bar and fridge.

The White Frangipani cottage is situated at a lower level and features 2 en-suite air-conditioning   bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with 2 single beds. The cottage also includes a seating area with wet bar and fridge.

The Travellers Palm Apartment is situated on the same level as the villa living area and has a queen size bed with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room.

For thrill seekers, your villa rental includes the use of a 33ft speedboat twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) . Skipper Ben is your captain and the only cost is for the gas you use!

Security at this property is state of the art. The property has a virtual perimeter fence which once crossed will activate an alarm and lights. There is also a back up generator in the event of a power cut.
