Overview

Emara is a stunning estate, formerly owned by the legendary musician Prince. Located on the secluded Turtle Tail peninsula of the Providenciales island, the estate offers an air of exclusivity with its private beach and gated entrance. The property sits on 8 acres of land and boasts two villas offering a total of 17 ensuite bedrooms. Guests will notice playful touches throughout that will remind them of the rock legend.

Emara East sits at the end of a purple driveway and boasts 8 king ensuite bedrooms, one of which was Prince's original bedroom. The main villa is split over two levels and houses the main living areas and six of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in the guest house. The villa is home to a full size purple billiards table as well as a 20 person dining room and a watch tower. Guests can either cook their own meals in the large kitchen, or bring in a private chef to prepare meals in the chef's kitchen. The outdoor areas around the villa include a private pool, various comfortable seating and dining areas and access to the private beach and entertainment platform.

Emara West is home to 9 ensuite bedrooms, 7 with king beds and 2 with queen beds. The bedrooms in this villa all offer privacy and seclusion and are spread around several areas. Three bedrooms are located in the main villa, along with an open plan living area and social kitchen. A further two individual cottages are home to the next two bedrooms. Bedroom six is located in the Princess tower above the gym, while the final three bedrooms are located in the guest house which also has a kitchenette. The ocean view pool is split over three levels and is next to the outdoor bar. This villa also boasts an oceanside outdoor lunge, offering spectacular views and is the perfect spot for sundowners.

Emara Estate offers a resort like experience with a full service of staff as well as many activities including water sports (SUP, kayaks, snorkelling), a tennis court with basketball hoop and a life size chess game. The private beach is the ideal place to enjoy the crystal clear waters and a private jetty can be used for boat charters or jet skis.
