Tip of the Tail Villa is a magnificent five bedroom beachfront home on the south coast of Providenciales and can accommodate up to 12 guests in five bedroom suites.

One of the most beloved features of the villa is the glass-wall swimming pool overlooking the ocean. The swimming pool is equipped with LED lights than can be programmed to your favourite hue. The 10-person cabana lounger is a favourite relaxation spot with guests, from which you can enjoy the beach and ocean views. Step down the stairs adjacent to the pool into Tip of the Tail’s courtyard where you’ll find a 20-person fire pit enclave.

The interiors have been exquisitely furnished and this coupled with the alfresco living spaces create the idea holiday rental for families or groups of friends.

There are five bedroom suites, 2 with king size beds and 3 with 2 queen size beds and all the bedrooms have private balconies and sea views, as well as en-suite bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are on the main level with the open plan living and dining area and kitchen in the centre of the villa. The 4 bedrooms and open plan living areas open directly out to a 2000 square foot terrace. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower level along with a kitchenette, utility area and living space with fold out sofa bed.

Tip of the Tail Villa is unique in that is is both lagoon-front and ocean-front. You can step onto the warm wood of your private splash dock atop the villa’s coastal edge and dive into the clear, warm water. Snorkel with the abundant marine life or the staff can arrange to tender to a nearby yacht.
