Overview

Turtle Breeze is a beautiful modern villa surrounded by miles of sugar-white, sandy beach and turquoise waters and nestled on two beautifully landscaped acres of stunning Grace Bay beachfront.

Turtle Breeze features five  private bedrooms that all open to the large free-form swimming pool that cascades into multiple waterfalls and lagoons. Four of  the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the master suite features a king-size bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a sixth optional suite which can be added for additional guests - the detached suite features a queen-size bed and air conditioning.

The spacious open-concept living room and kitchen are tastefully decorated and flow into the enclosed dining area with a beautiful view of Grace Bay.

The expansive freshwater swimming pool has a swim-up bar with underwater bar stools adjacent to the shaded tiki-hut BBQ and wet bar area- the perfect place for grilling fresh fish and mixing cocktails. The pool flows by way of multiple waterfalls into a picturesque lagoon that surrounds the villa.

There are plenty of shaded and sunny spots for relaxation and enjoying the Caribbean breeze. There are also several al fresco dining areas.

Please note: The air-conditioning is metered and in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover air-conditioning waste. The first $450 per week of air-conditioning cost is complimentary, but beyond that guests will be charged actual costs. The air-conditioning is metered on a separate meter which guests will be shown at check-in. Air-conditioning is offered in the bedrooms and dining room only.
