Casa Maravillas is a beautiful four bedroom villa located in the exclusive development of Punta Ballena - home to the famous Auberge Esperanza Resort. This villa has a Colonial inspired design.

Three of the bedrooms are located inside the main house, two of them with ocean views and the fourth bedroom known as the casita, has its own entrance and is located in the courtyard. Each of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen, dining room and living room all have ocean views and are perfect for entertaining.

There is a covered terrace perfect for your afternoon siesta or relaxing and reading your favourite book as well as an outdoor palapa - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or breakfast. There is a private heated pool & Jacuzzi as well as a built in gas BBQ.

Guests have access to the Punta Ballena beach club & the Esperanza spa & restaurants, which are a short walk away.
