The villa is just steps from the crystal clear ocean and the finest white sand in the Caribbean. A short walk away is downtown Playa del Carmen - one of Mexico's fasted growing resort towns featuring an abundance of international restaurants, bars, beach clubs and boutique shops.

Casa Nikki is split over three levels and has a distinct Mexican theme. Three bedrooms are located on the ground level, two with king size beds and one with queen sized bed. A fourth bedroom is located on the second level and another on the third level for the ultimate in privacy and both have king-size bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are air-conditioned. Three of the bedrooms have satellite TV.
