Covid-19 Government Protocols
If you are due to travel in the foreseeable future you must ensure you comply with all protocols of the Government of your holiday destination as well as the UK Government protocols including the departure and arrival requirements.  Destinations are changing the policies on a regular basis.  We also strongly advise you check and seek travel insurance that covers for cancellations due to covid-19 or medical assistance if required when abroad. 

UK return form
If you are travelling, you are required to complete this Form  within 48 hours of your return flight to the UK. Please ensure you have your passport and booking details on hand in order to complete.  You must show the completed form on arrival to the UK.  The UK Government is also requiring pre-arrival covid tests and depending on your destination, you may be required to quarantine on your return back to the UK and take additional Covid tests after your arrival back in the country.

Bookings affected by Covid-19
Our standard payment terms are non-refundable, however, if your booking is affected by Covid-19 travel restrictions imposed by the UK government or the government of your booked destination that amounts to the closure of borders or travel becoming illegal, we are passing on our accommodation suppliers cancellation policy. This may include a credit towards a future stay at the property and in some instances, a refund.  Please check at time of booking what the policy would be in this instance. Any ATOL protected bookings will be governed by the Package Travel Regulations.
