The design of this villa is remarkably modern, but with traditional touches for an inviting stay. The architecture includes two buildings surrounding a dramatic courtyard area with the residence’s outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, providing a serene space to relax. The villa’s main indoor space is the living room, where you can lounge in style it the sumptuous leather seating area suite or head out to the garden terrace and dine al fresco at the impressive 16-person outdoor dining table. There is also an additional dining area indoors should the weather be inclement. Just a few steps away you’ll find the kitchen, perfectly equipped for your culinary convenience. Outside, Villa Riva is fringed by gardens and is just a few metres from the beachfront.

First Building

In the first building, there are two double bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a two-person hydro tub.

Second Building

In the second building, there are four apartments, each with a double bedroom, kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom.
