Villa Sutivan Raj is a three bedroom modern villa located in Sutivan on Brac. New and contemporary in design, this villa is perfect for family or friends.

The villa offers 270sqm of living space and has three levels. The ground floor features a spacious gym equipped with a table tennis, boxing bag, weights, stationary bicycle, treadmill, dumbbells and a bench.

An open plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the first floor. The living area is furnished with an L shaped comfortable sofa so you can relax in the evening and watch a film. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto the dining area.
