Overview

Villa Zivot is a luxury stone villa with pool and glorious ocean views located in Sutivan on Brac. The villa was completed in 2018 and merges state-of-the-art architecture and elegant finishing touches.

Villa Zivot offers 270sqm of living space and has three levels. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and features LED TV. In two of the bedrooms there is an additional bed as well as a large sofa bed for two in the living room.

On the ground floor is a gym area with table tennis, boxing bag, weights, treadmill and bicycle. The first floor consists of an open plan living area with dining and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table and has  a LED TV. The living area is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows that ensure abundance of natural light from two sides.

Outside, you can relax in one of the many seating areas and enjoy the views of the Adriatic Sea. There is a unique infinity pool and large stone terrace furnished with sun loungers. Other features include an outdoor shower, al fresco dining area and BBQ area - the perfect spot for friends and family gatherings.

Villa Zivot is located in the small town of Sutivan on the northwest side of the island of Brac.
