Overview

Villa Biser is a stunning, newly built five bedroom villa in Primosten, Dalmatia. Primosten is a popular holiday resort nestled between Split and Sibenik, offering long pebble beaches, picturesque bays and some of the best Dalmatian food you will find.

The villa is set across three levels. Upon entering at the top level, guests are greeted with two king-size bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, as well as a master bedroom complete with a living area and ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with A/C and LCD TVs, and offer breathtaking views of the Adriatic.

Descending to the lower floor, guests are welcomed by a bright and spacious open plan living room, fully-equipped modern kitchen, and dining area.  This level is drenched in natural light that floods in from the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, which open onto the villa's terrace. This area is perfect for taking an afternoon siesta, away from the summer sun.

Stepping out from the living room, guests will be wowed by the magnificent and endless view of the Adriatic Sea. The terrace features a heated infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sun beds, and an alfresco dining area with a bbq that is ideal for enjoying traditionally-prepared meals with family and friends.

The lowest level of the villa is home to a large fitness room complete with professional exercise equipment, a sauna, and a wine room. This level also features two more double ensuite bedrooms, equipped with LCD TVs and small terraces that offer sea views.

Villa Biser is conveniently situated just a few steps from the sea and a concrete beach, and is accessible through a private gate.
